苏帝文博士拥有超过20年的教育、培训与课程发展经验，长期专注于马来文教育、学习策略、思维训练及人才发展。
他于2003年创办 Pusat Tuisyen Sistem Jaya，2013年创办 SJ Academy，至今已主讲及参与超过 300场讲座、培训与教育活动，对象涵盖学生、教师及企业主管。
2025年3月，受委为马来西亚国家语文出版局 Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka（DBP）“光辉国语计划（华小与淡小）”委员会委员。2025年11月，受委为 UCSI大学社会科学与文理学院教育学士（荣誉）课程学术委员会（Board of Studies, BOS）成员。
2026年8月，参与由马来西亚国家团结部 Kementerian Perpaduan Negara主办的 “国家建设蓝图制定焦点小组讨论”，参与有关国家建设与社会发展的交流与讨论。
苏帝文博士也持续投入马来文教学创新与专业写作，其文章发表于DBP旗下《Dewan Pelajar》《Pelita Bahasa》《Dewan Bahasa》及《e-Dewan Ekonomi》等刊物。

Dr. Soo Kok Mun has more than 20 years of experience in education, training and learning development, with a strong focus on Bahasa Melayu education, learning strategies, thinking skills and human development.
He founded Pusat Tuisyen Sistem Jaya in 2003 and SJ Academy in 2013. Over the years, he has conducted and participated in more than 300 talks, training programmes and educational activities for students, educators and corporate executives.
In March 2025, he was appointed as a committee member of the Program Bahasa Kebangsaan Gemilang (SJKC & SJKT) under Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka Malaysia (DBP). In November 2025, he was appointed as a member of the Board of Studies (BOS) for the Bachelor of Education (Honours) programme at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Liberal Arts, UCSI University.
In August 2026, Dr. Soo participated in the Focused Group Discussion on the Preparation of the National Nation-Building Plan, organised by Malaysia’s Ministry of National Unity, contributing to discussions related to nation-building and social development.
He is also actively involved in Bahasa Melayu education and professional writing, with articles published in DBP publications including Dewan Pelajar, Pelita Bahasa, Dewan Bahasa and e-Dewan Ekonomi.
